What is this store's return and exchange policy?

 

Because the majority of items are custom made, returns and exchanges will be made on case by case basis. 

 

Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

 

Yes, but please be aware shipping is expensive along with an estimated 2-8 week shipping time.

 

How long will it take to receive my order?

 

Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 14 business days to arrive depending on your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 8 weeks.

 

Can I have a custom order?

 

Custom orders are always welcome. But please be advised there will be times in which I will need to temporarily close custom orders.

 

How do I order a custom case?

What is the turnaround time for custom orders?

 

Custom cases are made within 2-4 weeks granted an item does not have to be ordered. Customers will be notified in advance if wait time exceeds this.

 

Can you make me an exact case like "this" one?

 

You can direct me to a photo of a case you want; however I will only base the custom case on it and not replicate it, even those I personally designed.

 

Hi, are you going to be at ____ convention?

 

Check the calendar, majority of the time my whereabouts won't be guaranteed until last minute.
